We receive your inquiry and confirm the details of your project.
Step 2 Quotation
We provide an estimate for the tatami price and shipping cost.
Step 3 Order & payment
We issue an invoice and confirm advance payment.
Step 4 Order confirmed
Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Step 5 Production & delivery
New tatami (newly made)
We begin production once all materials are secured, and ship after completion.
Manufacturing time varies depending on the production method and order quantity.
*If you would like the tatami to fit seamlessly with no gaps in an existing room, we recommend our on-site measuring and installation services (additional fees apply).
Omote-gae (re-covering)
Omote-gae is performed on your existing tatami and must be done on site.
The required time depends on the number of mats and the method used.
