– Producing New Tatami & Shipping
Once we have all the materials, we start producing new tatami according to the measurements.
*Manufacturing time differs depending on the production method and the size of the order.
If you would set tatami in the existing room, it is highly recommended we measure and install (a fee is charged accordingly).
Omote-gae（re-covering）
We have to conduct omote-gae on site.
*The time required depends on the amount of tatami and the method used.
*After the transfer of payment is finalized, the product will arrive in approximately two to three weeks via air, and around two months by sea.
